Yannis Amamou
Yannis is an actuary with more than 10 years of experience, gained on both the consulting and insurer sides. He started his career in life insurance, working on valuation and ALM, before moving into non-life reserving, which has been his main focus since. He holds a master’s degree in actuarial science. At Akur8, Yannis is helping build the reserving practice, working with insurers on a wide range of modern reserving challenges, from automating processes to making reserve movements easier to understand and explain.
